I have a 2004 Subaru WRX Turbo with 150k miles on it. It has a completely upgraded exhaust including an up pipe and down pipe, among other upgrades. Apparently there has been an unknown leak in the passenger rear for a while that has caused extensive rust damage requiring a new rocker panel, etc. Work will cost $2200 and that is without fixing whatever the leak is. I have read that the blue book value is $5500, but have seen sale ads for more. I am wondering if it is worth fixing? How much is it really worth? How much could I get for it as is?
