We would need more info to tell you if they will fit

Width, offset, tire size, etc.

Was trying to get 18 inch STI oem rims but wasnt even sure if they would fit. What would be the width, offset, tire size for it to work in that model?

They will be the wrong bolt pattern (5x114.3 vs 5x100). The only OE STI wheels that will fit are the '04 BBSs (17x7.5), and they fetch a high price tag; expect to pay $800+ used.

I would stick with 17x7.5 or 17x8. You'll get better performance (lighter wheels/tire), better ride quality, they won't make your stock brakes look (as) dinky, AND you'll pay a lot less for tires.
