The wheels will bolt onto the car. However, they are roughly 12 mm too low in offset. Why not go with something with a +48mm or higher?

what does that mean too low offset??? will it look funny, like stick out or something. thanks

The correct offset will ensure the new wheel fits the same as the replaced wheel with respect to the hub surface and suspension (not just the fenders and body; it's not only a matter of rubbing; the bearings should see no additional load/wear for example). Have a look in the suspension forum, there's been many threads on what offset means and what numbers to look for when shopping for a new wheel.
