17 WRX Hood options

I love my WRX, but I am no fan of the hood scoop. I know you need it with the TMIC, but I have no problem swapping to a FMIC if it means I can get a normal hood w/o the scoop.

Does any other model Subaru have the same style hood, but without the scoop? I can't seem to find anything on the 15-18 WRX/STI, but I did find older models were able to swap hoods with the Impreza. Are they the same on 15-18' as the WRX?

probably not. the impreza has a different body and that's pretty much the only thing that would have compatibility.

Dare I ask why you opted for a WRX instead of a Legacy if you dislike the hood scoop so much?

Certainly not the impreza, as they are different body styles. Maybe the Legacy? that is a stretch though, and just a guess.

Im not sure why the legacy hood would fit at all, completely different body lines. If that's the case a legacy's fenders would likely fit also.
