Does anyone know of any way to make my c lamps red? If I do the black out headlamp mod could I just put red tint for a tail light on the c lights or would it be notocable?

I would think this would be highly illegal...
On just the c lamp? Idk how it could be if you can buy red halos I wouldn't be tinting the actual headlight or the color the actual headlight beam come out

There are a lot of lighting products that are on the market that are blatantly illegal on public roads

Well I'm sure that's probrobly true lol well my car theme is I've silver black and red so I was wanting to incorperate this into my headlights but oh well maybe a black housing with red pinstripes around the bulbs and c lamp so it's not illegal

Yeah they exist but I wouldn't run them constantly that's for sure. Like Zax said it's illegal.
Pretty sure the law goes something like this, Can't run any color lights used on/and to identify emergency vehicles.. i.e. blue, red etc...
That would make since especially at night lol I wasn't even thinking of that.

Taken from the massive NHTSA document on lighting:
https://www.nhtsa.gov/DOT/TP-108-13.pdf

Daytime running lamps:
The device shall be tested for color in accordance with the general Color Test
procedure as outlined in Appendix F. Either the visual or tristimulus method may be
used. The color of the two identically colored devices shall be either white, white to
yellow, white to selective yellow, selective yellow, or yellow
, as specified in the
procedure.
Headlights:
The device shall be tested for color in accordance with the general Color Test
procedure as outlined in Appendix F. Either the visual or tristimulous method may be
used. The color of the device shall be white as specified in the procedure.
Side marker lamps:
The device shall be tested for color in accordance with the general Color Test
procedure as outlined in Appendix F. Either the visual or tristimulus method may be
used. The color of the device shall be amber or red, as applicable, as specified in the
procedure
Clarification -- 4 side marker lamps are required for passenger vehicles; 2 front (amber) and 2 rear (red); Color is dependent on location.

Basically, law requires that all red lamps be positioned at the rear of the car. To put red C-lamps, demon eyes, etc. on the front of the vehicle makes the vehicle illegal on public roads.
