Hi guys and gals,

Recently after some winter driving, I have noticed my power steering fluid seems to be leaking somewhere? By visual inspection, it looks like the suction hose connection from the reservoir to the pump and the reservoir itself might leaking slightly but I don't see any major leaks that would account for all of the missing fluid. I have already replaced the o-ring and wondering if I should replace the reservoir too? Do these parts typically fail on this gen of WRX? My power steering reservoir suction hose seems a bit brittle too so would it also be a good idea to replace that hose in case there is not enough sealing strength with my current one?

Thanks in advance,

Id replace anything that appears to be leaking. Even if they don't typically go bad, that doesn't mean there isn't a failure in yours.
