I've got an 09 WRX and need to know what kind of maintenance will need to be done soon and I don't know where to find this in the manual (I looked). It's got 60,000 miles on it. Is the Water pump / Timing belt in need of change any time soon - if it even needs to be changed on a Subaru.

... I know that I need to do regular oil changes and tire rotations and what not.

I hope this is the right place for this post - sorry if it isn't.
Sorry i just saw a general maintenance section :sadwave:

Best source is your owners manual frankly. Follow the schedule there. If your car did not come with one you can make an owner web page and/or order a manual. There are posted schedules online too. Prefer authentic parts.

It's in your warranty and maintenance schedule booklet. If you don't have it you can find it here:
http://www.subaru.com/content/downloads/pdf/maintsched/2009SchedFed.pdf

According to that schedule, you're not due for a timing belt until 105k miles. At 60k you are due for oil and oil filter change, fuel filter and air filter change, spark plug replacement, inspect/replace trans and diff fluids, inspect/replace brake lines and fluid, and inspect just about everything else.
