How's it going guys. Owned my 03 wrx wagon for a couple weeks now and am looking for some help with a problem. I have read and read but cannot find someone with the same problem. When I start the vehicle when the coolant temp is much below operating temp. it has a rough idle when it idles down but throws no codes and when I drive it there is a light bucking under acceleration even after warmed up. The only way to prevent this is to let the car warm up to operating temp. turn it off and restart it, then it runs perfectly. I am kind of thinking front o2 sensor but am not sure as it runs fine after restarted. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would also like to add that it is not just a rough idle and light bucking until warm and restarted, but the car also feels like it is significantly down on power.

Only thing I have done is fuel injector cleaner which yielded no improvement. Just trying to get some advice/direction before I start throwing money at it.
