Im trying to remove this lightweight cobb crank pulley and its completely stuck, seems as if the pin was jammed in there. Any ideas on how i can go about removing this thing. Thanks

Is the key accessible from the backside? If key is exposed on back or if there's a long enough channel on the backside you can tap it out with a punch. If not then it gets painful. Drill out keystock or a really strong gear puller.

Well since the puller suggested previously is the only correct answer to do the job properly no matter how many threads you start I'll give some other options

Tie a ratchet strap to the pulley and attach it to another vehicle and have it drive away really fast.

Cut it off with a sawzall.

Explosives.

Side load a crane and yank it off.

Seriously. They make a tool for that specific purpose. They are free to rent at most auto parts stores.
