    is that on this site? clubwrx.net? .. could be an active x control.. or a cookie .. you would have to go into the logs for IE and see what it is. Usually there is a bar at the top of the screen that if you click in it it will tell you more detail about what was blocked.

    Yes, it is this site. When I click on the bar, it only gives the options,

    1. Download this file.
    2. A generic what's the risk of downloading unknown files explanation

    I'll look to see if I can find the Internet Explorer log. Would you trust just downloading the file?

    If it was me, I would probably run scans on my computer.

    Does the same thing happen with FF?
