FS/PA: 2004 STi - BIG TURBO SET UP! 36.5k miles

Here is the deal guys. I work for a car dealer outside of Philadelphia PA, and we have traded in a 2004 WRX STi with quite a few modifications. Rather than just sending the car to auction, I would like to find a fellow enthusiast to buy this beast. I am not 100% sure of the modifications on this car, but for anyone interested, they can view the car in a shop on a lift so you can get a clear idea. The modifications from what I have seen so far:

2004 WRX STi with 36,500 miles
    Silver exterior
Gray leather interior/WRX Carpet and door cards
    Kartboy Short shift
    Carbon Fiber Trim
No radio in place, but does come with OEM Headunit and OEM Speakers
Subaru 3 pod gauges (not installed)
    Borla Exhaust
    SZ49 Turbo
    PE 850 injectors
    Walboro 255
    EcuTek EM
    Perrin Catch Can
    Perrin Fuel Rails
    Perrin big MAF Intake
    Perrin Turbo Inlet
    Cusco Turbo Heat shield
Apex-i Electronic boost control (holds a very consistant 1.4bar through all gears)
    STi Pink Springs
    Cobb competition sway bars
    Siebon Carbon Fiber hood
    Hella Horns
    Cleared out HID headlights

I am sure there are a ton of things I have missed, but this is based on what I have seen. I have to be in touch with the previous owner this week to ask him a few questions. If anyone is familiar with this car, please speak up because any other info I can get would be much appreciated it. This car is VERY VERY fast and it's a great opportunity to buy this car with all these mods at great savings. Like I had said, the car is avalible for anyone to look at for more info. I am entertaining any resonable offers at this point, so throw something out there. Thanks for viewing. Any other questions, PM me. Other pics are avalible upon request.
    -Marc
