    WI: 2004 WRX 300whp

okay before i get into the meat of this thread i need to stress that i know i am a 4 post noob, but thats just to this forum. im a forum ***** and i can provide proof of countless forum feedback threads from my previous sales. so if youre an interested buyer and my post count bothers you please let me know and ill show you my other accounts.... now then onto the meat

For sale is my built 2004 wrx. This has been my DD for quite some time now and im in absolute love with it. The reason I'm selling it is because i want something faster, i could make this wrx a hell of alot faster with what is in it BUT as most of us know anything over that 300tq mark things start getting shaky with the wrx. i looked at throwing in a 6mt and making it a hybrid but with the amount of money i would spend it would be more cost effective to just buy an sti and mod that... so with that being said I'm looking for a blobeye sti, and that will be my only trade.

    The Goodies:

    Exterior:
3 year old black paint with a gold flake base, it looks absolutely beautiful
    sti side skirts
    sti hood scoop
    2012 gunmetal wrx rims
Fresh Dunlop Sp Sport 01 235/45r/17
Cobb Lowering springs, have stock spring also. Right now the front Cobb springs are in and rear springs are stock to give it a mean rake look. Rides like a dream still
JDM Clear headlights, looks really clean
JDM rear tails with professional tint job (not dark at all, refer to pictures)
Has a few dings and scratches, it is a 10 year old car what do you expect...
    debadged, dewinged
    Overall i give the exterior a 7.5/10

    Interior:
10/10 the interior is absolutely flawless, never smoked in, no tears, rips, spills, nothing.
    sti speedo
    AEM AFR gauge
stri xline boost, oil pressure and fuel pressure gauges
    Factory short shifter
    Has spare tire and jack

    Random Goodies:
    Hella Horns
    4300k HIDS
    GrimmSpeed window banner
GrimmSpeed License Plate Holders, front plate goes off to the side
    2004 impreza car cover
lots of original parts that were taken off. Fills up the whole trunk and rear seats so don't bring your family with you to buy this lol

    Motor:
    Stock ej205
    MF Catch Can (for E-85)
    TGV's deleted
Bosch ID 1000cc injectors (new O-Rings, old ones had been eaten away by E-85)
Brand new (week old) fuel filter
    Walbro 255
Rotated intake with 3mm intake raisers (cools the intake by 50ish degrees)
    Massive TurboXs front mounted intercooler
    TurboXs BOV
Cobb intake with new air filter
    Gimmick Intake
Forced Performance HTA-68 TD05H 16g turbo, no shaft play it's fairly new
    GrimmSpeed wastegate delete bracket
38mm Tial Wastegate with open dump
Manual boost controller located inside the car
    GrimmSpeed Uppipe
    Turbo back Invidia exhaust
    Stock headers
    Bully Clutch Stage 2 Clutch

    Tune:
    Opensource
Tuned right now for 91 octane, makes about 290 wheel horse on this tune. I wanted a conservative daily tune and that's exactly what i got. Previously tuned on 93 and made 309whp on the dyno and 365 whp on e-85
Previous tunes where done by S.T.A.R. Tuning out of Milwaukee (Subaru specialist)

    Details:
The motor runs strong and pulls great. There is no knock, ticks, burning oil. Nothing. Oil was changed every 3,000 miles with Rotella T6, and from what i was told by the previous owner it was changed with t6 its entire life.
Gates blue timing belt (have receipts and old belt/pump) and water pump was replaced at 95k
Car has 120,000 miles on the sti speedo but from what the previous owner told me (he did the swap) the actual body/motor miles are 18,000 less. so the car has around 102,000 miles on it. i do have the old wrx speedo and can show proof of the old mileage if youre worried about that
Right now in this cold weather, the car gets right at 21mpg city and 25ish highway. Once it warms up the numbers will increase which is amazing for a built wrx
I have oil to do the tranny and diff, just waiting for a warm day to do it.

    The Bad:
Like i said the exterior isn't perfect, but like i said, what can you expect
The shift bushings need to be replaced, it does not affect your shifting it's just not as tight as it should be. Its $30 for new KartBoy bushings and about a 45 minute install. If I have time, i will get to this before sale
Other than that, this car is minty and I will be sad to see it go.

    Asking Price: 12,000

I'm not terribly firm on the price but i know what this thing is worth, i know what other blobeyes are going for and i am in no way in a rush to get rid of this so please no lowballs.
TITLE IN HAND, no bank/dmv bull**** here. Like previously stated I'm looking to start a new build with a sti, so if you want to trade a 04/05 let me know.

i live in eau claire wi, i am more then willing to travel to meet someone, im also willing to ship this ( i have a truck and trailer i can haul for you or you can hire someone else) if you are out of state and want more information, video, etc please just ASK. i can do a compression test, and leak down test video upon request!

Feel free to call/text me whenever with any questions you may have, my phone number is 715-492-7445

I don't know what you mean sorry. I did all my own installs, went to the sound n logic comps and that's about all I did in ec. I went to just about every comp I could show up to though

Btw Sunday bump. Did compression test and changed spark plugs today! Who wants pics?
