Status: Clean Carfax, title in hand
Maintenance:
-Full maintenance records from when the car was purchased new by my neighbor
-Oil changes performed before 4K by me with either Motul or Rotella T6 and a Subaru factory filter
-Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS installed September 2011 (5 yr/40K treadlife)
Modifications (Most stock parts also included with the sale):
-Magnaflow axle back (looks stock and has never given me trouble with law enforcement)
-2006 WRX up pipe
-TiC fender braces
-Whiteline steering rack bushings
-Whiteline differential outrigger bushings
-Whiteline Sway bars 24F/22R
-Kartboy front and rear end links
-Kartboy rear differential bushings
-Mach V springs
The Bad:
-The previous owner's wife backed out of the garage and scratched the rear bumper. The damage is documented in the photos below.
- Some typical dings and scratches on the car, and the rear bumper has some damage from a bike rack install
-Auto dim rearview mirror has some scratches on the mirror film. I purchased it this way and the mirror still functions so it never really bothered me
-Pea-sized windshield blemish from a pebble hitting it on the highway. Professionally sealed to prevent cracking.
The Good:
-Engine is completely stock and has never been modified or tuned
-It has never been tracked/auto crossed, and the clutch has never been dropped.
-The paint is in excellent condition aside from the blemishes listed above
-Very low mileage for this model year

Thanks. As of now the Whiteline sways are still on, but I've added the option of OEM bars and they will go on once a prospective buyer makes his or her choice.
FYI the car will be paid off by time of sale so no bank or title withholding to deal with
