FT WTT 2004 VW GTI bagged (SEPA)

Im looking to possibly get rid of my GTI and get into a wrx. Id prefer a wagon but am open to almost any offer. I am asking $10000 for my car and would like to stay in that range for a replacement. Mods are as listed

Exterior:

OEM 20th AE Lip Kit (front, rear, skirts)
OEM 18" Aristos
Tinted Windows

Interior:

All stock except for the addition of VW performance Shift Knob
Black Leather Heated interior
Power windows, doors and sunroof

Engine and PCM:

3" APR Turbo Back Exhaust (Catless)
AEM CAI
Stratmospher Diverter Valve
Unitronic Stage 2 Flash (21 psi)

Suspension:

Airlift Slam XL front bags
Airlift rear bags
Auto Pilot V2 Management
Nuespeed Front Sway Bar


Mileage is at 114k. Timing belt and water pump replaced at 97k. Have reciepts for just about everything and all stock parts as well. Please let me know if any additional info is requested.
