    It was a Honda Engine in the 827....Rover engine would have sounded nice but would not have got round at that speed without the headgasket blowing....Scooby would still have obliterated it...being pedantic but its a fact....

    Don't know for sure,but the 18 sticker on the plate is Cuyahoga County.
