    WRX with no muffler

I was thinking of doing a muffler delete with a pipe welded onto the exhaust when muffler is gone . Will it still be FRIKEN loud ??? Also if I welded a pipe into that section, at wot would the rear passengers feel heat under?

If you use long exhaust hangers you should be good.
And yes it will be very loud and drone.
Do you have a hatch or sedan?
    I have Invidia N1 and it's great, it's almost a straight pipe.
    Sound is awesome.
    And still street legal.

The turbo does muffle some of the sound compared to a NA car but it'll still be loud. Just take off your cat back and drive around to see if u like it

This is over a year old, and a straight pipe on a turbo car is still unreasonably loud and sounds terrible.
