In Illinois if you dont have driving lights on and its raining you can get a ticket... and the local PD love to ticket for it. :/ and I personally know that I may forget at times.

I meant ads as in additions to the list, just a suggestion to have them localized in one easy to see place (1 page). But I will adjust settings as you said.

Thats the first ive heard of that. I believe its you must have DRL or headlights on while raining if using the wipers. Thats what Illinois cyber drive site says.
