    Thanks for the update. I'm at stage 2 right now. Is there any way to tell what version of stage 2 I'm running? Does is say on the accessport when I plug it in? And should I reflash the stage 2 or just switch to the new version as a real time map?

    all they did for stage 2 was remove the top speed limiter, and only for the base map, not the realtime map. woopty do basil

    didnt bother to check what they did w/ stage 1.


    and if you load your AP into the map manager software in your computer and right click on your map to look at properties or somthing, it SHOULD tell you what version the map is

    The follow maps have been updated:

    2002-2005 Subaru WRX
    Speed Limiter removed for all transmission types (including Auto)

    Continued refinement of CL/OL transition for 2004-2005 WRX models. Reverted to longer(closer to standard) delay when coolant temps below 176 degrees F. Modified shorter delay still present when coolant temps above 176.

    REFER TO INDIVIDUAL MAP NOTES FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


    2005 Legacy GT/Outback XT
    Speed Limiter corrections made -- fully removed under all conditions.

    Eliminated issue of missing sensor on AT models. Users could get P1446 CEL if using AP on latest Auto Trans models. Subaru deleted a sensor mid-year. Issue resolved with latest map. Only effected Auto Transmission owners

    2005 Forester XT
    Speed Limiter corrections made -- fully removed under all conditions.

    In all, over 200+ files were updated. This includes all the different octane levels, base maps, real time maps, map notes, etc.

    Unlike the 1.18 to 1.19 update, I do not notice any difference from 1.19 to 1.20 so far.

    On my 04 wrx running stage 1 1.20 (as base map) i definitly have more power in 1st gear than before, but it uses less boost.

    I can only describe it as loosing time for boost to build because the car pulls through 1st gear too fast?!?! Does that make sense? Any one else not hit full boost in 1st gear? It doesnt' realy bother me because I am dusting everyone next to me (though no cars of real challenges have sat at a red light with me yet...but the "not performance cars" that have left the line fast before I was ready seem to stand still after I take off) It feels like I've lost 1 second or more going 0-40 in 1st gear! but boost hasn't hit over 10psi.

    you shouldn't be hitting full boost until 3rd gear
