Yes, an FP 16g.

Also it looks as though it is for 02-03 only. Here's the thread: Cobb Tuning has released a FP16G specific map for the 2002-2003 WRX MT...

Might want to update the 04 target boost levels. They're now 16.5 PSi.

I'm confused. Boost target for 06/07 wrx 2.5l stage1 is 13.5 psi or 14.7

I shure would love it if it were 14.7

just wondering cuz I switched my sig from 14.7 and 13.5 psi back and forth several times today.

Acrdys - How much of a "difference" do you notice (seat of the pants) going stage 1 from stock?

Here's a New Slant

Try SARD's Boost Controller(JDM).
I use Cobb AP II in my Stage II++ 2005 STi,run through the SARD Controller, set @ 1.35bar (about 20# of boost)
effortlessly.

No need for a boost controller with the Cobb AP. If you want a new Boost Control Solenoid look to GM ($15) or Prodrive ($80) and a custom tune.

The only real differnce i noticed was more power down low.

Overall the car just seemed smoother all across the rpm range all the way to 4th gear... Didn't bother going to 5th.

No sudden surges of power if you know what i mean.

Well, a TBE encompasses the DP, as it's part of the exhaust from the turbo-back

DP and EM puts you at StageII. After you go to a shop to get a tune, you'll be a Protuned StageII.

Don't bother with the FMIC until after you do a turbo upgrade.
