wrx tuner question, help would be nice!

hello all, I am getting back into the subaru game ever since I had my 05 STi, I now have my attention on a 06 wrx. The car has a invidia catted downpipe, typhoon ram air and a apex catback on the car. Now my concern is that its at a dealership and Im just wondering how would I know if the ecu has a map that is already on it with say a accessport from the previous owner. How would I be able to find if it has the factory ecu map or not? now the car is at a subaru dealership so would they be able to plug something to it and see if it does or not? I just dont want to get the car and be locked out of the ecu due to the previous owner not making it umarried before getting rid of the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

No way to know unless you have a Tactrix cable. But if it has the exhaust and no DTC's then you can speculate it probably has atune.
