Contact Cobb. You paid for their support of the map with your purchase.

I did contact them, they said someone should reach out to me in 3-5 days. Is the car at least safe to drive under normal conditions? Not hitting boost

Have you tried flashing the 91octane map yet? I would flash the 91 octane map but still use 93 gas. Drive around for 10-15 mins then do some logs.

Here are more logs I did today. This first one is just under normal driving conditions on stage 1 93 normal map:
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...0E&usp=sharing

These 2 are on the stage 1 91 normal map...first one is fine, then the next one I have an instance of feedback knock...
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...nc&usp=sharing
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...VE&usp=sharing

now Im really stumped as to what is going on..

The knock wasn't repeatable. You need to have consistent knock before you address it.

That's what I was thinking. I will keep taking logs just for peace of mind and to keep an eye on it

I took more logs on the 91 stage 1 map and no more knock, everything was in the right parameters. I'm happy the car is running well know, kind of sucks that I have the lower power map but as long as the car is reliable that's fine with me.

So how often should I monitor the tune via data logging?

Also with the change in weather, like during colder months, will that effect the tune at all? I would guess the only thing affected would be A/F ratio b/c of the colder air.

As often as you want. Having information about how the car is running is never a bad idea.

There are other things affected, so logging periodically throughout the different seasons wouldn't hurt.
