Yeah. The dealership where I bought the car supposedly contacted the guy who traded it in and he said "he bought it that way". Two previous owners on a 11' car with only 23000 on it when I got it? I am not feeling the love from Heritage Subaru in MD or COBB Tuning.

Cobb Tuning has treated you perfectly fine.

See if the dealership will pay to remedy the situation by uninstalling the ECU, shipping it, and reinstalling. You bought the car under the assumption it was stock. They misrepresented it (unknowingly, possibly).

True Cobb owes me nothing but a little customer service goes a long way. At least offer something better than what I can get not even buying direct.
The dealer did not sell sell the car as totally stock as it was obvious it already had the Cobb intake but they did sell it as a "Certified Used" model. I could argue with them and probably get some compensation but who wants to be without their new toy when the weather is just breaking. As I said, I would have probably purchased the AP later anyway. Just doesn't give me that warm and fuzzy feeling. Thanks again to everyone for their input.

Link up with someone local that can do some data logging for you. I'm assuming and hoping for your sake that the tune installed is probably for the intake that's installed.

You don't want to be on the stock map with the intake installed anyways.

^ what this guy said... Owning a WRX you'll do a lot of renting of a car. Had to spend 5 days in a forester because I needed 4 new tires which had to be special ordered before Christmas...
