I want to get my car chipped i already have put some aftermarket parts just was wondering what kind is the best for the price. Its an 2005 wrx.

You want to look into reflashing your current ECU

Yes there is no chip, you need to remap the car using the existing ECU.

most performance mods that are worthwhile require tuning.. hopefully you haven't caused any damage yet

the car has been tuned just was wondering if the car would be better with a new ecu. i have new injectors, new turbo, up pipe and down pipe, headers, intercoolers, intake, greddy boost controller, and i think thats it.

A standalone ECU is not inexpensive, nor necessary at this point and its not what I'd be looking to do next.

That.... doesn't make sense. Why would you need a new ECU if you had the current one tuned to work with your mods?

BTW, I really hope you got the tune AFTER installing those modifications.

What injectors? What turbo?

It's highly unlikely that a standalone ECU will get you anything over a reflashed OE one. The fact you haven't listed a built block with built heads tells me this.
