Need some E85 opensource tuning advice

So I started a remote tune with PDX Tuning out of Portland, and we are tuning my E85/FP Green setup and I can not figure out why my logs are coming back so bad at idle. Cold start is really choppy with my A/F correction swinging all the way from -25 to +25. Once it warms up and does some learning it gets better but any time the fans kick on it gets choppy and searches for idle. He thinks it is a boost leak or maybe a fuel leak but I have gone over my pipes and pressure tested things over and over with no bad results. I am confused guys, can anyone help me out?

Pressure test aka capped at the inlet, pressurized with my air compressor and listen for leaks. Something Jeremy had me do when we were tuning my 04.

did you all change the injector size? If they just changed fueling tables, and didn't touch injector tables... then the cold start maps would be all over the place.

(didn't think about that when I sent you the PM back... Sorry!)

On mine I upped it (actually downed it being that it's an accessport ) by 35%
