    Agreed. Torque is what plants you into the seatback, and I have more than I thought possible with my setup. The fast spoolup is what I was wanted with this tune.

    quick spool + good low end torque =

    some of the best numbers I've seen on a TD04

    shame on deadbolt biting the dust- I know a lot of guys paid for a life time turbo (rebuilds)

    Donkey is absolutely correct. An STi TMIC, and I would go with a P&P exhaust manifold and crossover, would really give that thing a good shot.

    What hp/tq numbers did it make? I can't see the pictures because my network blocks whatever site you used to host them. Thanks.
    By the way, I way jealous of the Monster TD04. I always thought that I would like to get one when my stock TD04 bit the dust, but that probably won't happen now that Deadbolt is no more.

    Grimmspeed and Defiant Autospeed both do turbo porting along with some other companies.I do it on the side as well.My signature has links to some of my porting/coating pictures.

    I'm glad I found this thread. I've been considering this option for a while now. I know Deadbolt is no longer, but I am eye balling the Blouch service. 19T compressor upgrade... about 450 CFMs I'm thinking? I know it'll die off at top end... but wicked fast spool up and I'm glad I saw some numbers finally. You have similar mods as I, and I think for $420, this is a reasonable price with results. Protune not included. See complete list for details. Not available at all stores. Prices and participation may vary.

    any link on how to install boost gauge?
    Cobb Stage 2 and Heat Shield, NGK Iridium spark plugs, Invidia up pipe, divorced catted dp, G200 exhaust, GP Moto elbow, K&N Filter and Tein Flex Coilovers, Kartboy short throw and rubber bushing. Whiteline swaybars and bushings, kart boy end links, DBA F/R rotor hawks pads.
