Connect the AccessPORT to your PC and start the AccessPORT Updater program.
When it comes up with the window telling you to connect the AccessPORT to the computer, hit cancel. Then hit Update on the main updater window. The Hide Details button will report that it is failing to connect to the AccessPORT over and over again. Just give it some time. Eventually it should connect. After it connects, let it run through the updating process. If you encounter another error, navigate to the AccessPORT Updater installation folder (default: C:/Program Files/AccessPORT/AccessPORT Updater/) and make a copy of the "log.txt" file on your desktop. You can email this file to me at shayne@cobbtuning.com and I will do my best to have the problem diagnosed for you. Last edited by Shayne @ COBB; 08-28-2008 at 12:16 PM. |
