hey i was wondering if i can use my cobb accessport as a launch controller also. I have a 2005 wrx my only mod is tbe. if this is possible how can go about setting it up?

oh my. did you even search for "launch control", or anything for that matter. even google it. go to cobbs site and theres launch control maps for your car as well as a video on setting and usng it. GOOGLE FTW. or any search engine for that matter. or even just the support page for the company that makes the product you are looking for support for. better luck next time.

thanks for the help ... sike. i have looked on cobbs website but i can only find lauch control maps for the 2.5s. so does anyone else know how i can set up lauch control on my 2005 wrx?

google.com, search, 05 wrx stutter box. it will find them for you.

still nothin for 05 wrx i think cobb only makes lc for the 2.5s.

Cobb does not offer LC maps for the 2.0L WRX's,just the 2.5L's.So 02-05 WRX's only have LC available if you use Opensource tuning software.

what is opensource is that just like the AP unit or what. cause i do need it i think it would help out so much at the track

Opensouce is free software programs used to tune and reflash Subaru and Mitsubishi OBDII ECU's.

so is there anyway i can use both of them so i can use the LC or is that not possible

don't think it willwork because of Cobb's "real time tuning" feature.I think the launch control patch is using the same space.
