    ......awesome meet tonight. It was good meeting everyone, it was nice to see such a good turn out!!!....we definitely have a great bunch of people in LISC...thanks for the curves , the doctor does say you must elevate your heart rate for at least 20 minutes every day!!! special thanks to Rick for the radio!! and thank you all who work to make LISC happen!!! ..............see ya!!

    Talking Look towards the summer

    This will be real nice if we could pull this off during the summer time. Summers down at Port Jeff are real nice and are hot party spots. We just need to secure that parking lot!

    As always---Don't eat too much of the gum unless you feel like giving up sleping.

    Vin is exempt from this along with Tim as they need to stay up for work.
    If you can't run fairly from a dig, take your rolls back to the bakery.
