Atco night in October, maybe November.

OK, here's the deal...
After talking to my fellow WRX'ers at the Red Robin meet every week it has come to my attention that some people have never raced thier car. This will not do. I know this is a handling car, but the benchmark for a cars power has always been the 1/4 mile.
I am trying to organize(put together really, no orginization!! ) a night to meet at Atco and flog on the drivers' a few miles at a time.
Since the weather is getting better for the turbo cars I propose a few nights in mid/late October or early November.
I was thinking about October 19th or 26 or November 2nd. These are all Tuesday nights, since we all meet on Thursday nights in Neshaminy. A meet and drive to Atco seems illogical since it will cut into the total number of runs by the time we get there.
If anyone has preferred days, post them up. The majority rules on this one, so whatever day is best for the most people is the one that gets picked.

funny,I was just talking to karl (2 seconds ago) about this on AIM.and I talked to you about it thurday we are both down and know of at least two other people that will go as well. not sure a good day yet. the later the better ,Karl has to remod.

i'd be interested in doing this. i haven't raced before (or attended one) so i'm not sure how it goes. where is atco located? i was trying to find an address on their website but it was less than friendly.

i haven't modded my car at all yet, but it would be fun nonetheless.

well i was at atco tonight and because of the stupid rain nothing happened, we were there for 2 hours or so waiting for them to dry the track but it was taking longer than they thought. i didnt see any other subies there, but anyway it was rescheduled for tommorro night. ill be there right after work hope to see some of you guys or gals there

I don't know how your schedule is on Tuesdays, but Thursdays are taken up for a few of us by the Red Robin meet(which you're more than welcome to attend, though it's kind of a hike from that far south). That's why I'm trying to organize a Tuesday Atco meet.

I don't want this to be one of those deals where I wind up picking a day, everybody agrees on it, and then has plans that they "forgot about".
