Just made my hotel reservations at Holiday Inn MONROE/JAMESBURG. Should get there around the 830-930 area.

This is going to be bad ass.

Who all is running on saturday? I am thinking about it, but it would be my first time running. I don't expect good results since I am not planning on launching very hard

If I go, this would be my first event, being that I just bought my car 3 days ago. But how long do people usually stay once we get the the destination point? And how old are most drivers?

Im sure there will be a few stock WRX's. As far as age range I would expect anyone from 16 - 100 to be racing. Anyone can race, age won't matter.

    hey,
for the guys who will be there the day before and are staying overnight in hotels... there is a drift competition on friday at raceway park. its from 4-10 and you just pay regular admission to the track to get in, which is $10 i think. its basically an auto-x style course with cones but getting sideways is highly encouraged. its a great spectator sport if you are looking for something to do. more info at www.dgtrials.com
. i'll be there. oh, and its also a nice little car show for 240s, and there is a decent WRX representation usually as well.

p.s. its open to anyone who wants to drive, which costs $20 i think, but usually the AWD guys have trouble getting sideways on the course...??
