12 cars in the Garden State Plaza caravan. 16, if the Rt. 22 crew comes up to join with us, which they're planning to.

    Question Directions

Can someone post directions on how to get there from Philly? If I do go, I would be leaving real late - between 1230 and 1300 hours. I figure at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the drive from here.

I've seen the map, but it isn't specific on which roads to drive/turn on to. When someone says route 23, is that state road 23? US 23? I-23? County Road 23? In Florida (where I am originally from) we don't call roads "route X," we call it by its actual designation: US 1, State Road 7, I-75, State Road A1A, US 41, etc.

    TIA

    You can follow a caravan...

Or, if you want to venture out on your own....

Take Route 1 to I-95 North

    Enter New Jersey

Take the Route 31 North exit off of I-95

Folloe Route 31 North until you hit 202.

Follow Route 202 North until you reach I-287 North

Take I-287 to the Route 23 North exit

At the Rte 94 junction, make a right.

After going through the town of McAfee, Viking Village is on the left.

Alternatively, you can take Route 1 all the way until I-287
