Now that the date is set I need to get some feedback from all of you.
The last big meet I went to (awesome Long Island Meet) had soo many people I couldnt keep track of who was who and which car was thiers. Turnout for our BBQ should be that big or maybe even more.
I need ideas on how to connect people to their cars. Basically If a new person to the community see something they like they should know who to talk too!
Please tell me I'm not the only one who couldnt remember everyones name.

I know who most of you are. This would be for people who havent met some of us yet. At this point I'm thinking of using the mod list for those attending.

Of course I would need to know early enough to print out all of them and make it look presentable. Please update your mod list (cough MidKnight cough)!
This would make it easy to find out what you have done to your ride. Alot of mods are under the hood and cant be easily noticed.

As far as Shiju's idea, sounds good. Don't think everybody will go for it though. I'd probably be easier to print name tags with people's current avatar on it
