    cat-less exhaust legal in PA?

    this is a pretty noobish question...but i just moved to Pennsylvania and the DMV laws seem to differ in other states...was wondering if its legal and if i could pass inspection with a cat-less exhaust?

    You "could" pass the sniffer w/o cats if you car is running well. However, as I am sure you know, **disclaimer** running w/o cats is illegal. You would definitely fail the visual inspection.

    Most counties only use an obd2 scanner....if you have no CEL then you should pass w/o problems.
