Oddly enough, I couldn't find any kind of fee on the website. As for helmets, some tracks have them, but I wouldn't rely on it. You can pick yourself up a cheapy at a motorcycle shop or some place like kmart. Should be a Snell 95 rated helmet though. Here is a link to all of the days information:

I ran last year and had no helmet. Unless the track rules have changed, don't worry about it.

In fact, last year I had passengers (son & his friend) w/o helmets. That way someone witnessed not only my lack of skills but also my laughing comments on what a burned clutch smells like.
