    Atco Raceway Friday April 25, 2003 Gates open at 4:30pm

    Racing starts ~5:30pm

    Platinum Performance Motorsports will be testing and tuning our WRX test car at Atco Raceway this Friday. The car is currently running our “stealth” package, showing no outward signs that she is capable of twelve-second quarter mile times trapping in the triple digits.

    i think you're going to beat me jim. . i think my clutch is slipping in 1st cause it just stays at 7 grand even with the clutch fully engaged. . then it goes back down to 5 grand and rises normally. . so your 60' times are going to be a hell of a lot better than mine. . but hope to see yah on friday though. . it'll be fun atleast

    If you got rained out and are planning on rescheduling could you please let me know. I haven't had a hcance to get down to Atco yet this year.

    Well, everyone. Fridays are AWESOME at Atco. I arrived at 5pm, was the first car staged and got a dozen runs in by 8pm. My best of the night was 13.518@101mph. I was running full interior, including spare and jack, 1/2 tank, stock ECU, stock fuel, stock muffler. I'm thinking the muffler is coming off next time, and I might try some weight savings. I'm really striving to get into the 12s with no engine management, but it might be impossible.

    I'll probably be there atleast one Friday a month, so don't worry if you missed it.

    Hey, I think you got lucky because of the weather. Most Friday nights the staging lanes are full, 4 wide.
    Wish I could have seen some runs. Oh well, there's always next time.
