    Is this right...

    Hi guys.
Since I picked up my 2002 WRX about 1.5 months ago, I've consistently averaged about 350+/- 10 miles or so per tank...that should be about 27mpg+

I'm actually surprised because I'm reading threads where people are only getting 260 miles per tank or so. When reading up on WRX people were commenting that they were lucky to get 20-21mpg.

This is a stock subaru with no mods at all. I'm quite happy with the gas mileage...I thought I would be getting much less when I bought the car.

Whether it's right or not who cares. I'd take it and run.

If I got 20mpg, I'd cry! I'm happy, this car is so much fun. Makes me want to upgrade to an STI now.

Yes, but the consistency of the size of your fuel tank is.

Absolutely. Ask for Justin, and tell him "JR says hello."
