We will be parking in the back lot of Lawrence Subaru and the sales department will be open so we can walk around to see what they have on the lot.

At Speedway 94 we will be doing bands so people can ride as little or as much as they want.

After go-carts I will be heading into Hanover to Damonds for some food and drinks (about 10 minutes from the go-carts).

Sounds great. Big thanks to Lawrence Subaru for letting us park there. And the bands are probaly a great idea. That way no one feels "jipped" out of their rides.

Looking forward to this next weekend.

96accord I'll get in touch with you later this week and we will decide when to leave to get there.

i was just reading this again and i got to thinking about the parts of pa i drive in and the parts of md i drive in. the road may be a little choppy in places around pa, but in the mountains, the roads are in pretty good shape. around here is mostly the same. once you leave the city, the roads are in better shape. now when i think safer...i rule out md completely. pa country drivers are very reasonable on the roads i share with them (even the highways on the way up). on the other hand, we complete with dc and nova drivers, which in turn makes us more likely to have accidents. i would feel much safer on a pa hills run, going faster than posted speeds, than anywhere/anytime on our beltway

bump less than a week, I kept the drive down to about 45 minutes for those of you that have a bit of a drive just to get here. There are not as many twisty roads as I would like but they are nice wide open country roads at least.

Count me out for this one.

I am attending an autox on 5/27 and would rather not do both back to back. Damn $3.20+ 93 octane.

What time to you expect to be at the go kart track?

96accord we are going to have to go up through westminster and cut across at 27 at Hampstead is having their Hampstead day and getting through traffic is going to suck. It's about a 5-10 min detour.

I'll be in touch during the week about where to meet/leave.

we should be there between 12:15-12:30 and if you are not quite there yet we will just hang out in the parking lot till you get there. I don't know how many times people want to ride but I plan to buy the 8 race band for $36 and that will be it for me. Afterwards if anybody is interested we can head into Hanover to Damonds for food and drink unless nobody is interested.

If they are going to be at the track around 12:15 we should probaly leave towson area no latter then 11. It's probaly atleast a hour drive. I dont think the backroad idea would be to grand due to hampstead day so we can just take 795-140-27-rt.30 up to the track.
