    I don't think they will mind I even bought my car from them

    04.spt - we will get there a little before 1pm so if they are little kids we go on the slick track (I don't think they can drive those) which are supposed to be the fastest go carts in PA

    Slick = dirt track?

    Could you please get more info and pricing? I know at Arnolds http://www.arnoldsgokarts.com/maintrack.html near me they have you go through a training session and sign waivers and the like.

    They had a horrific accident a few years back where a girl with long hair got her scalp ripped from her skull by the kart she was in. Her hair got caught up in the driveshaft.

    Bill, their slick track is like a small oval with smooth concrete turns. It's not fully dirt or anything like that. I've been there a few times and never had to sign or take any classes. The karts on that track arent really fast by any means, but the turns allow you to drift and hang the rear out some if you want.

    I think you'd have to be a real idiot to hurt yourself in these karts. The long hair thing being the exception...

    Did you see the Arnolds Karts? A big triangle behind the driver. So much for looking over your shoulder to see who might be there ...

    These karts on the oval have a roll cage that boxes you in pretty good. There is no seeing behind you but odds are you'll know it when someone is...rubbing is racing

    I think it might be the time of year. In warmer weather or away from the holiday shopping season there would be more takers.

    There are plenty of us that are less hardcore. Heck if they'd open up the track I think this would be a fun snow meet.....

    Just tossing this out there for myself, if the weather is bad I wont be attending. It would make little sense for me to drive and hour just to get to the track and have them not have it up and running. They do have some sort of indoor track but I dont know if they open that if it's raining or not.
