Well I think I would be a bit more interested in the 18th.

    Sat. 11/18? Anyone?

Sounds good to me. I was just thinking of this last night while chipping away at my case of Hop Devil...

I would deffinitly be down again as long as my i dont have anything important scheduled already. I was thinking about it last night too, I was at a bar in philly and they had the golden monkey on the menu so i got excited and ordered it only to find out that they just redid the menu and did not have all the beers listed on there yet.

i think i might try that sampler you had. i only sampled 2 beers while i was at the last meet. it almost seems like i gyped myself on the deal, lol. with so many choices, it was hard to pick only 2 (i have almost a 2 hour drive home). the sampler glasses were much smaller than my pints, so i will be able to sample more and drink less, or the same, as i did last time.

I didnt have to sampler, the two guys sitting next to me split it. It was a good bit of beer though, deff more than i would have been able to drink by myself and still feel comfortable to drive home haha.

That was me and my boy Bill that split the sampler. When I tried to order one for myself they kinda made it seem that they disapprove of letting one person drink a total of 6 beers (12 6 oz beers) with an average alcohol content >> 5% (I think 3 or 4 of the beers in the sampler were 9-11% ABV).

I think you could get one yourself, but you may get some resistance from the waitress.

I am tentatively down. My new clutch goes in on Monday, so I will just have to focus on getting the break-in miles done before the meet comes up.

yeah, the sampler seems like a bit much if each glass was a 12oz glass. they looked way smaller from the other end of the table. i will need someone to volunteer as a drinking buddy

jehan, let me know if you end up being able to make the trip, i will caravan up there with ya

Is the 18th the "official" date? I'm putting it in my calendar, now, for the 18th! If the date changes, I'll keep track of the threads.

Tom, if you wanna caravn, that'd be awesome! Let's get the for-reals thread going for this! I'm super stoked!
