Mount & Balance - North Philly Burbs

Does anyone know of a good place (that won't rip me off) to have my tires mounted to the Rota's I just bought? I called up Just Tires and they said it would cost $135 or some BS like that. And they weren't even sure if they could do it. Then I called up NTB, Sears, and BJ Wholesale Auto and got the same answer. No. I found a place called Ernies Tire in Ambler that said they would do it for $20 - $25 per wheel, but that still seems really steep to me. I had the notion that it would cost me around $50 to have it done and that I could do it anywhere. Apparently I was wrong.

Also, I've heard that Metal valve stems are required at some tracks. Has anyone heard that before? Does anyone know of a retailer near by that sells the valve stems? I'm affraid the valve stems at the mount & balance shop will be plastic or rubber and then I possibly won't be able to race with those wheels. Does anyone know which of those I should get? When i bought my tires from discounttiredirect.com, i ordered the valve stems with, but the rubber gromet was too big.

Soooo I got my wheels mounted and balanced finally. I shopped around a lot and originally got turned down by all the big places like, Just Tires, NTB, Sears, and even BJ's. So then I called up my local body shop, Moppet autobody in Blue Bell and they told me to try Ambler Tire. So I called up Ambler Tire and the guy there said they might be able to do them but just in case, go to Ernies Tire, also in Ambler. ... I don't have the number on hand, otherwise I'd post it, but I'm sure you can find it on yellowpages.com. The guy there was pretty confident that he could do any tire wheel combo (given they fit). I was really surprised to get a negative response from all those big places being as it's just a mount and balance. But I think they didn't want to give me buisness since i bought my stuff elsewhere.

Anyways, Earnies wanted between $20 and $25 / wheel

After talking to Steve at NTB in Montgomeryville, he said he would do it no problem. NTB wanted $16/wheel so I took it there. Haven't driven with them on yet, but they look good. No scratches or dents either, so I think I got a good deal.
