    Upstate NY DIY Shops?

I'm seriously considering going Stage 2 on my car. Normally, I'd do it my self, no problem. Unfortunately I have nowhere to work on it, and no tools. Are there any DIY shops in the Upstate NY area?

I'm not aware of any, but depending on where you are I know a couple guys that have lifts and have offered to let me use them in the past for a case of beer.

A case of beer is a reasonable price. I'm in Saratoga Springs.

Go to the UNYSOC link in my signature...I'm sure there would be plenty of takers for TBE install / 12-pack swap.

There was a DIY shop in the area, Albany Speed Shop, but I don't know what happened with that, nor do I know any rates they had.

We used to have a hookup at RPI, but that died a while back.

If he's still willing, Byron has a great setup at his place (a few exits north of you on I87); I've done a bunch of work at his place. There's also Freddie (who is the parts manager at Capitaland) who does some side work, that has hooked me up in the past...
