    Concerned - Voided Warranty

I have a 2009 wrx with around 68k miles. I recently put on a cobb intake, acessport and downpipe. I started to notice a serious problem which my local tech told me it could be something major. So took off all the aftermarket parts and flashed it back to stock. I brought it to the dealership because i still have a extended warranty.

Alittle concerned they might question somethings and possibly void the warranty. Could they tell its been flashed? Do you think they could give me problems?

They'll most likely be able to tell from a reset parameter or something similar in their scan tool. But it also doesn't mean that they still won't honor your warrenty
Just a shot in the dark...but did you spin a bearing by chance? If so that would be easy enough to get covered as that year has had numerous reports of that problem anywhere from 0 miles to where you are

I've also heard of subaru not honoring a warrenty to claim from a brand new 14 sti bone stock blown engine as they say he hit rev limiter multiple times in 3rd

The Warranty is still good? Didn't it expire at 5 years?
Anyway yes they can tell it's been flashed, if it's returned to stock and shows no signs of abuse they will probably honor warranty. I don't see it being an issue, but it is up to the dealer and SOA.
