I've returned! I think its been a solid 4 months since I was able to get back on this site. Things haven been so hectic at work with traveling and all that boring business stuff that I finally get to catch up on some of those threads that I've missed out on. To prove how much I haven't been around, I don't even have 7000 miles on my 1+ year car...
Unfortunately the car has been sitting around in the garage with some occasional cruising but no long trips like I planned. Due to my schedule, I really don't have the time to travel back to NJ (live in Philadelphia - aka lack of space in an urban environment) and jack the car up, change the oil/filter, etc. so I was looking for an easy option of going to the dealer and getting it done and out of the way. Since other than buying my car at Subaru of Cherry Hill, I have had no other interaction with them since. I haven't seen any credible reviews on their service and simple tasks like oil changes. So I ask my fellow Tri-State owners... anyone have an opinion on Subaru of Cherry Hill's service department? Do you recommend an oil change from them?
Trust me, I've always changed the oil in my car. I do it for my Audi when its time and if you know Audi TT's changing the oil is far more difficult than our subbies with the lack of space, special tools, etc. Anyway... it's nice to be back and see some of these awesome build threads that I read about when they first started. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do.

Good news, everyone!
I go over to Lester Glenn Subaru off rt 37, haven't had an issue with them.
Subaru of Cherry Hill has an incredible service dept. I know two of the techs personally, and everyone that I've met has been awesome. They're more than accommodating and willing to work with you, very helpful, and nice.
I just had my car there last week for some warranty work. Had the car in and out in one day.

Do you guys know if they'll let you watch them while working on our cars ?
They don't have like a "viewing area", and I highly doubt that they will let you in the shop.
