6th Anniversary Victory Meet! 5/5 is the date!

The official date is now May 5th, 2012. Close enough!

It all started on May 6, 2006: Victory Brewing Meet on May 6 2006 is ON!! (the first meet)

If I count correctly, this will be the 24th meet in its 6 year history!

Info for the uninitiated:

Victory Brewing Company is in Downingtown, PA about 30-50 minutes west of Philly

The way this all works:

11:00 am meet at Marsh Creek State Park.

Where is Marsh Creek? Map 1 Map 2

Drive down Park Road until you see Subies in the parking lot.

** WARNING ** There is a frequently used speedtrap on Park Road just before you get to the park. The trap is at the bottom of a hill on with an entrance to townhomes on the left just before you drive into the park. Check out Map 2 for the exact location. The speed limit is 25 mph - don't go over 30! At the winter 2012 meet I also noticed two pairs of newly added VASCAR speedtrap lines painted east of the of the townhome entrance. You have been warned.

If the lower lot is full there are two lots up the hill. We have had to use the upper lots a few times.

** The second (middle) parking lot is the official spill over if needed. **

No later than 12:30 leave for a fun run through beautiful scenic northern Chester County.

2:00 arrive at the recently renovated Victory Brewing for lunch.

A most pleasant drive, very good food, great fresh brewed beer and Subie camaraderie. C'mon out.
