Where to go to have fenders rolled?

So, I would like to roll my fenders and I'm too much of a wuss to do it myself (even though I know many people do it themselves). Does anyone have any suggestions as far as places to go to have it done?

IAG in MD is one place that does a lot of Subies, and they have a great reputation:

I had mine ground down by Area1320 in Easton, but they do rolling, too. I only needed a little more room, and the plastic trim on an 05 STi doesn't play nicely with rolling.

Thank you. MD is a little far for this but I'll check out the one in Easton. Unfortunately, I have a trim piece on mine as well. :P

ugh. well, if you only need a little more room, Area1320 can definitely shave it down for you. I got an outrageous quote from my local body shop to remove the trim, roll the fender, and then re-install the trim to look right (IIRC over $500 for the rears). I was very happy with the work Area1320 did on mine.

I have to agree with others on area 1320 my brother goes there and they roll his fenders on his vw I think its about 40 a corner don't hold me to it though

$85/fender for shaving and $60/fender for rolling? I would think it would be reversed...

Had my rear fenders rolled at area1320 and haven't had a problem since.

...started a new job which is why I've been MIA.

Not new wheels, just wider tires. I have 245/35/18 and they rubbed ever so slightly with my alignment. I plan on getting the Star Specs and don't want to go to 235....so 255 will require modification for them to fit. :P

So, I rolled my fenders. That was so easy, I thought I was missing something.

I used a heat gun and did a section at a time using a wooden bat. Very easy. I tried the same on the rears, but the lip was too small and the double metal didn't make it easier. :P

I had the tires mounted...255/35/18s (that run wide). I also had an alignment done...0 toe all around, -1.8* front, -1.2* rear...per JR's suggestion. Running RCE yellows, Group-N tophats, stock struts. I have zero rubbing!

I do hit the fender liner during hard cornering since I left it unsecured after rolling the clip flanges, but it's not bad at all.

Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Specs....HOLY GRIP, BATMAN! Bill, you weren't kidding when you said they were really sticky. Wow! Soooooo....happy.
