    in order to pay a legit fire claim, most of the time insurance companies will require a "Cause and Origin" report done by either the fire department or a forensic fire expert. The only thing they need to really confirm is that the fire was started by the other vehicle and you had nothing to do with it. as far as how much you insurance company owes you is your Actual Cash Value (ACV) minus whatever deductible you have on your comprehensive coverage.

    that really and truely sucks! maybe the property owners ins. would cover it.(work) why can't you take pictures? i agree with everyone else something stinks! sorry about your rex man!
