Come in whatever car you happen to have assembled at the time.

Hit 70+ here today.. washed/waxed mine.. still chipped all to hell up front .. but at least its clean and somewhat presentable. I'll likely wash/wax again before the meet. Not that its a requirement, but the wax helps keep road crap from sticking and making a further mess of the already shot paint.

Wash and wax twice before the meet? You and Vez need meds.

    Badly.

nah, I need paint that doesn't fall off the car when breathed upon...

Though I might be a little sick, every time I wash the outside I wipe all the jambs and under the hood/engine bay. Once it gets and stays warmer I'll be following your engine bay detail regimen as well. It doesn't have to LOOK like there's 40k mi on it..

I also keep my house in very much the same neat condition.. ocd shmocd.. there's nothing wrong with me (looks around quickly.. pauses.. flips light switch three times.. resumes typing... ) ....

Door jambs / trunk lid? I do the same thing, but use a brush especially the salty time of year. I can take up to two hours on a full WRX wash from start to finish.

My house is not in the same condition as the WRX. That is much harder to keep clean.

yep, jambs, under hood, around hatch opening.. around/inside the fuel door.. I've been doing it since the car was new so its easier to keep up on. This time of year every time the temp gets to 40* I handwash the car, if it doesn't get that warm and its been salty I hit up a pay n spray to keep the salt collection to an absolute minimum. Its unusual we dont get to 40* here in Va beach.. this year its been a unusually cold winter. Yesterday and today though, very nice.. so I've taken full advantage

Same here, but I'll do a handwash into the mid 30s. Rubber boots, rain pants and jacket (maybe) keep me dry and relatively warm. I'll use a pay and spray ("rinse" water only) if I'm unable to use the driveway.

I also used a pay and spray when I got back from CretinFest to lose all of the dirt collected there within an hour of getting home.

I try to wash my car twice a year. It usually happens.

Yeah I sprayed mine off and washed it as soon as I got it home. lol Those dirt roads were not friendly to a black car. .. neither was the pile of rocks I drove into..... whoops. lol

I don't know who I was talking to about this meet, but someone suggested another beer swap. Zach and Shawn participated last year @ CretinFest...

If anyone is interested in trying some local beer from Upstate NY they may not get in local beverage centers, shoot me a PM and include your beer style of choice.

A PM I just received and my response:

We have been hugely fortunate weather-wise. There was one meet scheduled the first year where precipitation was in the forecast, but never rained a drop. Only JR (wrx wagone) and I showed up. Oh well.

This is my weather source for the meet area: 7-Day Forecast for Latitude 40.14N and Longitude 75.76W

Let's see what it looks like closer to the date.
