    I passed with an Invidia catted downpipe last year.

    It depends where you go...I cut the stock heat shield to fit over the larger piping so you'd have to really know what to look for...

    Do they only do visual in NY? I was under the impression that they do an OBDII check as well. I guess it does depend, but in reality you just duped the inspector, you didn't really pass legally

    That's what I love about Idaho, its cheap to register your cars, and.... no emissions inspections = no cat for me!!!
