I passed with an Invidia catted downpipe last year.
It depends where you go...I cut the stock heat shield to fit over the larger piping so you'd have to really know what to look for...

That's what I love about Idaho, its cheap to register your cars, and.... no emissions inspections = no cat for me!!!
