that's my favorite sandwich! Black Friday is the best because I stay at home, shop Amazon, and house these things all day! There's a place down in West Chester...Wings n Things I think (back near pool hall off of Gay Street)...that makes these and they kick ass!!

Wawa is a regional chain of one time dairy turned convenience stores. http://www.wawa.com/WawaWeb/Default.aspx

    Amazing limited time only sandwich.

Around this time of year I like to go to Togo's for their "Turkey & Cranberry", but now that I've seen the Gobbler... how can I go back to that?
Now I must quest to find an even more capable sandwich shop. Thanks guys...

It's so simple and well done considering it's a convenience store (fast food) creation.

WAWA is the ****!!! lol.. I love that place, go there probably 4 out of 5 days a week for lunch.

The gobbler bowl is my fav this time of year.. crappy for the diet, but ooooohhhh soo yummy in the tummy

I'm messy too so keeping all that goodness in a bowl is best for me lol

    I enjoy the gobbler.

There's a bar chain(PJ Whelihan's) that sells the same basic sandwich. They call it the Pilgrim Pub Club.

Nothing compares to the real deal, Black Friday, home-made Thanksgiving sandwich, though.

Don't forget Capriotti's Bobbie, either... like the Gobbler but cold and nowhere near the mess. Fresher ingredients, too... they're both good but a Bobbie is old-school.

100% Agreed! on home-made bread is the bees knees no less!

Sadly, I'm on a gluten-free diet now so no more good old fashioned made-by-mom bread...but I've got a kick ass recipe for corn bread and going to go that route this year (with the stuffing too.....ohhhh sooooo goooood!)
