    I wonder how many of you have cameras in your city. We have them at practically every intersection now.
    I was watching an older Top Gear episode and Clarkson mentioned something about expanding building foam....

    And I'm I don't know if it's the same with other states but here in CA they can't fine you the ticket unless the person in the picture's ID matches the info on the ticket they send you. Been there, done that.
    So, just cover your face. Like the guy in this old article:
